This hotel needs a major renovation because it’s very outdated and somewhat dirty. The elevator hardly fits 2 people. The floor underneath the carpet in the hallways is coming loose so it’s not flat anymore. The toilets smell unpleasant. The room has one power outlet and some old fashioned usb-A outlets. A tall person doesn’t fit in the shower properly. The location is conveniently close to the highway. Which does cause a continues noise when the window is open and since the airconditioning is also not working it was quite hot in the room. We didn’t have breakfast and the pool was closed. The staff at check in was very friendly. I feel bad for them that they need to work in such a worn out property.

Unfortunately other negative reviews are all accurate: very outdated and run down, arrived around 11pm and walked past multiple mountains of dirty dishes covered in fruit flies literally sitting in piles on carts and directly on the the floor in the hallways with no staff attending to them; they were all still there when I left at 10am!! Bed seemed ok but rest of room was very dirty, mold in bathroom, wifi issues even after creating an account and signing up for the upgraded “member” wifi. No nightstands by the bed (?) and the only usable outlet was in the far corner of the room. No water available in entire hotel besides sink in bathroom that I could find, not even for purchase. Continental breakfast was reduced to crumbs by 9am. Staff was nice enough but hotel is just severely understaffed, saw 3 employees total during my entire stay, one of which was a third party security guard. 2 stars because I was able to sleep in a bed and it was a small step above a complete scam. C'est la vie
Unfortunately this hotel does not credit to the Novotel brand. On the positive the room was clean, but it really needs either a renovation or knocking down and starting again. I haven’t seen anaglypta wallpaper and ceilings since the early 80’s - which I suspect is when the room …

Unfortunately this hotel does not credit to the Novotel brand. On the positive the room was clean, but it really needs either a renovation or knocking down and starting again. I haven’t seen anaglypta wallpaper and ceilings since the early 80’s - which I suspect is when the room was originally decorated. The bathroom is ancient and no mineral water in the room. which should have been included.
