This hotel was perfect for my 1-night stay. The property appears to be undergoing through stages of renovation but fully operational and not lacking! Its a prime location in front of the train station, it is busy and popular but not overrun! The staff was lovely, helpful, and very accommodating. The room was spacious and perfect for me, I did not want for anything extra. It was clean, neat, and modestly decorated. It is on a busy street, you can hear the bustling city sounds but if you're tired like I was, they put you to sleep! I had the breakfast, it was plentiful and tasty. Very "continental" styled but offered a variety of options especially if you're not ready to stroll the neighborhoods yet seeking a restaurant.
Great location, nice and helpfull hotel team. Free baggage storage. Fresh breakfast, limitted but enough choice. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The location is the best for anyone needs to stay near station, 10-15 mins walk to center. Room is small but no problem for me to stay 2 nights. Carpet in room is dirty but I’m ok coz I use slippers. All staffs are fine, respect to customer except lady receptionist is so rude, unfriendly. Once I checked out, gave her key card and she asked me which’s your room number without seeing key card, so weird. And after I come back to get my luggage in luggage room, I need to go toilet and looking for the toilet, then she is so rude to tell me “madam, what’re you looking for”, “I’m looking for toilet, I see it out there” then she said so rude “madam, you need to tell me I will give the key” in the way shouting to my face. And her face is angry to set up the key in her computer, and threw me the key. I don’t understand why she’s so angry. What the behavior of this staff. You are staff, need to help/asisst customer in the nice way, your future career path will be destroyed with this behavior. So regret to the hotel to have this such unfriendly, rude staffs. Never come back again even the rest is fine to me.
