I enjoyed staying in NH Bergamo. Perfect location - 15mins walk to the airport, 2mins walk to huge shopping center. Room was clean, equipped with basics. Breakfast was pretty good. I did not use the restaurant for dinning so cannot comment. The shopping center has all you need. …

All the staff were excellent and very friendly from arrival to departure - reception, breakfast & room cleaning.. My requests were met and issues resolved effectively & efficiently by the staff - notably Francesco, Anxhela and Jasmine. I had a significant travel issue the day I was leaving which was causing me significant anxiety but Anxhela proactively, capably & quickly resolved this for me, going above and beyond. My stay was very relaxing in an extremely clean and pleasant environment. The room was very comfortable, pleasantly furnished & smartly laid out, and perfect for my needs. The location is excellent with very good restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk and not far from the old town (Cita Alta). It is close to the railway station, as well as next to the bus stop for the airport.
