Decent hotel. Room was clean and good size. There is parking outside. Breakfast and coffee was great. 3.5/ 5 stars because of the clicking noise from the window and because you have to pay extra (I think was €38) to get access to the pool and hot tub. This should be included.

The hotel itself is very modern and clean! The roofs offer high technology with blackout blinds, smart tv, night and day lighting. However, the rooms were quite warm even after calling to adjust it multiple times. The front desk and servers at the restaurant were not hospitable and quite blunt. The location is not ideal for tourists as it is very far from many attractions.
We had a baby in intensive care at Papa Giovanni and decided that we would make life easier by staying walking distance. Unfortunately, the week we were there, the hotel had a problem with hot water. I had to take many cold showers after long emotuinal days at the hospital. The s…

We had a baby in intensive care at Papa Giovanni and decided that we would make life easier by staying walking distance. Unfortunately, the week we were there, the hotel had a problem with hot water. I had to take many cold showers after long emotuinal days at the hospital. The staff offered us little in repair. They are so out of touch with the needs of their guests that they offered us free drinks as an apology. But to a lactating mom, a hot shower is more valuable than a mocktail. At this price point, this hotel really wasn't worth the money.
