Nayara Hangaroa

The hotel's artistic design was wonderful, and the atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. The staff were kind and professional; the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of healthy, delicious options, and the sandwiches at the restaurant were tasty as well. I had a massage at the spa on a rainy day—the facility was spotless, and the experience was so relaxing that it really helped relieve my fatigue. My thanks go out to everyone at the hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Nayyara Hangar. The accommodations were immaculate and the location facing the beach allowed only a quiet road to access the ocean. All inclusive benefits included daily excursions which we unfortunately did not realize were part of the stay. (So we unknowingly booked our own excursions with an outside company). We were able to exchange these travel excursions for spa treatments which were most welcome. To our delight, the dining experience was exceptional which included breakfast plus a second meal. We preferred the Kahlúa lounge where chef Alejandro prepared dishes that exceeded our expectations. A highlight of our experience was provided by request to have a wine pairing of chilies finest wines. Rafael was most accommodating and shared his great wine knowledge and beautiful pairings enhancing chef Alejandro's preparation's.This was all topped off with a perfect Pacific sunset while dining on the patio. Thanks to the gracious hotel staff and especially Rafael for making our stay a most memorable experience!

The rooms are good. We had problems with the lighting that was not fixed during our stay so we had a strobe in the bathroom. Otherwise the rooms are nice. The staff in lobby are friendly and very helpful. The service in the restaurants were not as good. Very inattentive. The food was mixed with some dishes being very good and beautifully presented and others like the short ribs were tough with lots of bristle. Nice tours. Over nice place not a 5 star experience.
