Absolutely stunning and gorgeous location and surroundings. Mostly friendly staff though some seem to have an upper class arrogance that they haven't earned the right to. Lots of facilities that are included - gym, spa and much more and pretty decent. The place is a bit run down but don't let that hold you back. I had a bad experience at their panorama resturant though. Doesn't know the difference between different cuts of meats and the situation was somewhat badly handled.
Rooms are might seem old for someone but they are very cozy. Absolutely amazing service. Located somewhat remotely but it's no problem to get around by car. Has gorgeous scenery from certain rooms and from the restaurant with buffet at breakfasts. Michelin dinner experience was stunning.
