Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vejle

Very disappointing stay. The room lacked many basic amenities that I would expect from a hotel. There was no kettle, no mini fridge, no air conditioning, and no coffee machine. Even the TV was of very limited use, as many channels were not working. The most frustrating part was the customer service. During breakfast, we ordered cappuccinos and sat in the lobby area with a light breakfast, but were told this was not allowed in a manner that felt unnecessarily unfriendly. On another occasion, I waited at the counter to order a cappuccino, but several guests who arrived after me were served first. Whether intentional or not, it left me feeling ignored and unwelcome. I was also surprised to be charged 70 DKK for a small cup of hot water. When I later contacted the hotel through Booking.com, I was informed that a refund would be provided.. Special mention to Anna and Maryam, whose communication throughout our stay felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, this was one of the least welcoming hotel experiences I have had. I would not return, and I cannot recommend it to other travelers looking for warm hospitality and good value for money.

An impressively midiocre experience. Soulles which would be fine if the quality reflected that. Where places with character can be forgiven for shortcomings then places such as these should not, especially since they're being petty with locking internet access to only people booking directly so let me be petty as well. Breakfast is there, and there's not much more to say about it. You have everything you kinda expect but nothing is in any way outstanding. Room, handprint on glass from previous tenant. Door chain that literally falls off. They're attached to a wooden frame that has no chance of withstanding any sort of force. It looks like there's AC but didn't seem to work in our room (yes we closed the window, yes we could ask them to fix it, but i shouldn't have to). Door to the shower isn't aligned properly. Everything screams we want to look fancy but it all falls short. Even the entrance signs are cheaply pasted instead of an old name that used to be located there One plus that doesn't really have much to do with the hotel itself are the views which are very nice
