I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. I would especially like to highlight my experience at the Thunder Bar. Youssef provided outstanding service—he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. His exceptional hospitality truly made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Everything from the service to the overall ambiance made the experience truly memorable from start to finish. Youssef is a true asset to the hotel, and his dedication to guest satisfaction really stands out. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable.
