Overall nice centrally located Hotel in Lausanne with good breakfast good service. Good public transport options. Good food options near by.
Awful noise isolation, can hear other guests speak (and whistle, and do other stuff) all night long. Poor shower design, water gets all over the floor. Cups were straight up dirty. Can't open windows. 12 degrees c outside but feels like 30 inside. AC doesn't cool down the room. T…

Can't open windows. 12 degrees c outside but feels like 30 inside. AC doesn't cool down the room. Terrible experience, couldn't sleep. That's not what I expect from ibis. Cherry on top: the receptionist responded by "OK, I'm sorry, you can make a review". absolute "yeah not my problem" attitude. Maybe he's used to these complains.

Run-of-the-mill ibis. Well kept. Friendly staff. We were a family of four and we got an "accessible room", which I assume it is slightly larger than a regular room. But overall, good, comfortable and silent. In the lobby area they have some drinks and snacks for sale. Good location, with easy access to public transportation, and getting to the "downtown area" is within a 10 min walk.
