The place is okay. I‘ve been staying here three times already and usually enjoy it. But sometime the service is just totally out of wack. Like today I went downstairs to have sit-in in the the quiet and spacious wellness area. Just to find it closed and locked. Upon calling the reception someone showed up, didn‘t apologize for the wait, unlocked the doors turned on all the heaters leaving me and another hotel guest baffled of how long it might take to heat up the place. Opening hours, it says everywhere (elevator,door,roomcard,internet) is 15:00-23:00. by 15:00 the spa should be fully operational. Unlocking and turning on the heating system half hours later simply doesnt meet the criteria of such an establishment. Not to mention the literal non-communication by the staff who has unlocked it. They clearly forgot to turn on the spa area on a sunday afternoon. So the hotel is okay to stay, but do not expect anything further and especially nothing you would be used to in a plcr similar to it.
Very friendly staff!!! Sparkling clean. Supper quiet rooms (at least mine) comfy bed 10/10. Breakfast- extraordinary, beyond my expectation (usually I don't give this disciption) Just across the terminal, 3 min walk...perfect for being close to the airport . Tnx keep it up!
Open review on GoogleThe atmosphere was relaxed and just what I needed after tough day. Taking it a great place to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly, attentive. Special thanks to Z Daami and I hope we will see him again as he provided great service to us 🙂
