It was a pleasant stay here. The hotel is very near the JR line Osaka and subways, easy access to Kobe and USJ. The towels and pajamas get replaced daily as well as the other amenities. The rooms might be a bit oudated but it adds to the charm. The bed and pillows are super comfy…

It was a pleasant stay here. The hotel is very near the JR line Osaka and subways, easy access to Kobe and USJ. The towels and pajamas get replaced daily as well as the other amenities. The rooms might be a bit oudated but it adds to the charm. The bed and pillows are super comfy. There is a small chapel in the 8th floor. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel facade is under construction but no issues because we are away on daytime.
Very convenient location, close to Osaka station. During our stay there was construction and the front of the hotel wasn’t clearly visible, but this is just temporary. The interior has a classical European feel. The floorboards squeak a little but overall the room was nice. Clean…

Amazing! Very beautiful hotel, we love the European style. Very nice staff and awesome location. It would be perfect if the rooms had better floors (it’s squeaky), and you can hear what’s going on outside the room. But this didn’t really bother us much. + the bed is really nice! Slept sooo good.
