The Umeda Sky Building is one of Osaka's futuristic landmarks. From the observatory on the 39th floor, called the Floating Garden, you look down over the city.
It gives you a different view of Osaka from the street level of Dotonbori and the other busy districts. Go up and look out, then take your time at the windows.
