I’m sorry, but I just can’t recommend this place. There really isn’t anything to recommend. I stayed here June 22 through June 25th for a work trip, and was honestly looking forward to it because you would think a four star hotel would give you a fairly good experience. When I arrived to my room on the 22nd, I began noticing immediately how much wear and tear the room had, there were stains on the bedframe, the walls, the furniture, the lamp, you name it. There was dust & hair in multiple areas of the floor. The sheets and pillows were atleast clean, so I tried to not complain about the rest. I went over to the bathroom to start the shower and in the meantime, I went back out to unpack and get my clothes. When I came back, the shower had overflowed to the floor because there was a big wad of hair clogging the drain!! This was my breaking point, I called the front desk and asked if they could move me, and unfortunately, everything was booked. So they offered to have someone come and deep clean the room, but it was already 5:30 in the afternoon, and was tired and just wanted to relax and not leave my room again. I told them no need, but if they could just send somebody up to at least clean the drain out. They said yes someone will be right up. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes, and after no one came, I just decided to do it myself. The next day on the 23rd, I came back to my room at 4 PM, and the room was not serviced. They didn’t knock on my door until 5 PM offering room service. At that point, I didn’t want it because I was back for the day. On Wednesday the 24th, my last night there, the same thing happened. Room was not serviced and they didn’t come knocking until 5:15 PM. I let them do it since I was going to be heading out for dinner for the evening, but honestly wasn’t pleased about the fact that they were servicing so late, at a time when most people are back at their rooms. I tried to have some grace, thought to myself maybe they are shortstaffed, it’s busy, etc. But regardless, I shouldn’t have had to clean out hair from somebody else, sleep in a room that has stains all over the place, and certainly not come back at 4-5 PM two days in a row to find that the room wasn’t serviced, especially for a four-star hotel. Will be staying somewhere else next time.
