Had a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was excellent. Shanoe made our stay top notch. She was incredibly friendly, gave amazing customer service and her overall spirit was delightful. We really enjoyed our interactions with her. The hotel itself was really nice, love the scent they use. They have warm delicious cookies at check in and was given extra throughout passing by. They were yum!! Private pay self parking on-site, security patrols on cart at night so felt safe leaving vehicle. We had a corner room and the balcony was nice. 10th floor facing east was a great view of the city. You can use the Hilton app and operate the room key, tv and AC with your phone. That was really groovy. Can check in/out, contact front desk etc all with the app. Perfect for introverts lol. Beds were firm, pillows have firm/ super soft variety. Bathroom was a bit snug, had a tub but the shower feature was cool, adjustable to height. It has a bar but didn't go there. The restaurant was small but nice. We had the breakfast buffet. The staff there were very sweet and hospitable. Food was hot and fresh. The pool patio area was really pretty and resort like. They had cabanas along side to lounge or hang out, pool was a nice angle design. Multiple people could be in the pool and still have some space and privacy. Super cute! Overall the stay was excellent and would definitely stay here again.

5 stars all around for our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Dallas! We came from Houston for an esthetician event and had such a great experience from beginning to end.Check-in was super easy through the app, and I loved being able to choose the exact room I wanted ahead of time. We arrived at around 9 PM, but everyone was still so welcoming and helpful. The complimentary cookies and water at check-in were such a nice touch after a long drive. The pool area was nice and we really enjoyed spending our evening there with some drinks from the bar...breakfast was amazing and Fernando and Carmelo were especially kind and attentive. They made our mornings great. Overall every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!
