Checked in with my family. 2 rooms. Checked in thinking that everything was going to be "normal". Went to the room to wash my face and brush my teeth. The water burnt my eyes a little, but I did not think much of it. Put some water in my mouth to brush my teeth and immediatly spit it out - salt water! Like from the ocean. Went downstairs to ask if there was an issue. The answer was, yes, we have had an issue with a broken pipe for several weeks now. My next question: what are you going to do about this; I can't bathe or brush my teeth. Their answer, sorry, it's not our fault and not our problem; everyone in Kotor has been dealing with this issue and we are waiting for the government to do something about it; didn't you see, it was in all the news. I did not like their attitude in saying that nothing could be done (even offering a few bottles of water to brush my teeth or do a final rinse after showering would have helped). Not everyone has access to "Kotor news"! And not telling us about this issue directly either online or via text so we can change our plans if needed was irresponsible and bordering on fraud. We paid for a stay with at least the basics: clean room, safety, electricity, and WATER! Do not reserve here unless you like salty showers. Corporate will be hearing from me.

Six of us stayed across three of these apartments, for 4 nights in May. All of us agreed that we would return and would definitely recommend them. The surrounding apartment blocks are a bit tired admittedly and so don't offer the best view and the pool is teeny tiny with just 3 sunbeds, however pop through a little alley opposite and you're on the promenade. Its a lovely walk from there into the town or in the other direction a nice quiet walk along the promenade and there are small shingly beach opportunities in both directions from where you can have a dip in the sea. The apartments were immaculate with everything we needed, nice and spacious, quiet, nice hot powerful showers and a cute little balcony to sit out on to enjoy the sunshine. The team on reception were all very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed.

Beautiful quite and clean modern apartments. Air conditioning in all rooms and really friendly helpful staff . Plenty of room for parking. Pool is small but perfect for little ones and a quick dip. Only 2 min walk to seaside where there are a few nice bars and restaurants. There is someone at reception 24 hours and trips and tours can be organised from there. 25 min to walk by sea to kotor but taxis are easily available and not expensive
