Casa Nuova

Tatjana is one of the most amazing Airbnb hosts we have come across. She was there for anything and everything we needed at all times. Allowed us flexibility with check-in and check-out time which we really appreciated. We were unsure about having to register as tourists with the local authorities and she even helped us do that. In terms of the room, it was nice, clean and comfortable. The AC was very effective during this super warm May weather. The kitchenette was also well-equipped. The place had adequate parking. The location was also very apt, and we could easily walk to the Bay Area as well as the old town in few minutes. There were also quite a few markets, bakeries and cafes nearby.

Stayed here 5 nights with family and it was super comfortable. We booked last minute just before getting on the plane. Called to check right after if the booking was fine and the call was warmly answered by Tatjana the host who was simply amazing. She was super attentive to our needs responding literally within minutes on text or call. Was readily available anytime and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The room itself was spotless which was a treat. Sufficient linen and toiletries were provided and so was Parking which was a blessing because it can be a nightmare to find parking around. I would highly recommend this especially given it's just a 20 min walk from Kotor Old Town and the waterfront is 10 min away. Groceries also available nearby and so are some very nice eating spots on the waterfront.
