This level of service does not meet the standards we expect from a professional hotel. We kindly request that you reconsider your position and offer an appropriate gesture of goodwill.
A disappointing stay unfortunately. The rooms looked amazing, but things are not up to standard. It really could and should be amazing, but it's feeling a bit tired. All staff were lovely, but it would be better to have no complaints for them to deal with.

I loved how close everything was in proximity to the hotel with downtown Girona. The hotel was accommodating on early check in the day we arrived, which we greatly appreciated. The room was okay. The bed was hard as a rock. We both left the stay with lower back pain. The shower did have amazing water pressure and got very hot - which is always a plus. Had the bed not completely destroyed our backs - I would have completely loved this place.
