Also, the quarterly chimes from the nearby church could drive some more sensitive family members crazy at night. The rooms are clean but certainly showing age in certain areas. Beware of the additional 5 euro delivery charge if you order any room service. You have the option to go to the bar and pick up your order for free. Nice business hotel but not for a family vacation.
Definitly not a 4 star. Mould in bathrokm and broken shower. Dknt pay extra for a balcony not worth it view ofothertall buildings. Rude receptionist. Hear all the noise from rooms next door too!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. We made a reservation through Booking.com, and it clearly stated that the payment would be made upon arrival at the hotel. However, while we were on the plane (with no internet access), the hotel attempted to charge the card. Since there was no connection, the payment did not go through. Instead of waiting for our arrival, they cancelled our reservation. When we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 AM, we were informed that our booking had been cancelled and that there were no rooms available. We were left stranded in the middle of New York in the middle of the night, despite having a confirmed reservation that was supposed to be paid at check-in. This situation was extremely stressful and unacceptable. If the policy is to pay at the hotel, the reservation should not be cancelled before the guest even has the chance to arrive. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of reliability and poor handling of the situation.
