We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jumeirah, the day after our wedding in a nearby villa in Uluwatu. The staff were kind and accommodating. There was a massive Indian wedding starting the day after, and they had to change our room - in order to make up for it, they gave us complimentary massages which were absolutely blissful. We’re glad we were leaving when the wedding started though, as the noise from the sound test alone was extreme. The food was extremely high quality at both restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay again in the future. Vincent was also very polite.

A bit below Jumeirah standard for the UAE, but I believe they’re getting there. Food quality is average, and they really need to source ingredients from better suppliers. Breakfast was below average overall the international selection needs improvement. We ended up going to another restaurant in Uluwatu for dinner because of the poor choice within the property, and the food there was much higher quality. Rooms are ok, but the TVs are outdated no smart TV functionality to plug in YouTube or Netflix. During the World Cup we couldn’t find any channels showing it, though the team did provide a USB-C adapter so we could connect our iPad. Staff are amazing genuinely nothing to complain about. They did everything they could to make our stay special, especially for our kids’ birthday, which is a big part of why I rated the experience the way I did. Leadership presence was missing we only saw a duty manager at check-out. Kids club activities shouldn’t be paid at all we feel that should be included in what we’re already paying for. Lastly, sound insulation in the room ceiling needs work we could hear birds and monitor lizards (varan) on the roof, which scared our kids. Thanks again for your hospitality we hope to come back for a true 5-star experience.

This review is written on behalf of Dr Amer and Family. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful at Jumeirah Bali. The hotel is stunning and has a luxurious feel . It has stunning villas with pools and having stayed at so many Jumeirah properties worldwide , it is in keeping with the standard. The highlight are the staff. From Ricky in breakfast to Ayu in Akasa,,everyone looked after us and accomodated our needs to the maximum. No resort is perfect so There was a wedding happening at the time of our 8 night stay but the music was swiftly turned off at 10pm so we didnt mind. The beach is public which is the only downside but thats pretty common in Indonesia but the iconic cliffside views make up for it. If you want a luxurious hotel holiday in Bali I wouldnt bother looking elsewhere.
