We had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Luzern City and would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to Juste for her exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Juste welcomed us with a genuine smile and made us feel at home right away. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was always happy to answer our questions and offer helpful recommendations for exploring Lucerne. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We highly recommend ibis Styles Luzern City to anyone visiting Lucerne. Her warmth, professionalism, and valuable recommendations made our stay even more special. Lucerne is already a beautiful and unforgettable destination, but thanks to her thoughtful tips, our experience was truly amazing. We are very grateful for her outstanding hospitality!

Top and friendly check in. The hotel is ok, but that’s it. Value for the price definitly not. A mix of different styles of an more more than one hotel mixed together is when ibis calls the brand styles. The room was basically clean but… The ceiling in the shower had some black dirt or fungus. The linen and pillow had a light taste of cold smoke, even if it was a non smoking room. The aircon was noisy and smelly (swiss would say ‘es müffelet’). Well good location and a tick cheaper than the other three star hotels. But the price did definitely not align with the value - even in high season. To summarize. Ok for the service and location. That’s it.
