If you are traveller be ready to not have any spa wardrobe/ slippers in the room even when your booking include spa access. Wardrobe and slippers you will find only! In the superior rooms. Ice machine was suddenly broken in the summer period (June). wasn't any alternative proposed from the employee, the same wasn't any decision proposed regarding spa accessories (like extra cost or something). Good things - really quiet, if you're adult travellers, welcome to enjoy quite and relaxing "no kids" spa at the night! Good diversity breakfast! Friendly staff!

Friendly service and with good and peaceful location in Tartu, even though very close to nearby bars and restaurants. Decent breakfast. Rooms lacked all the basic hotel amenities such as tea, instant coffee, electric kettle etc... Minibar (empty) was at least there and a really good aircon too. Shower area was not draining the water and looked a bit moldy too. Was undergoing some renovations in August 2025 so maybe these things will be fixed at the same time. Nevertheless, I can recommened this hotel for 1-3 nights stay.
We loved it! Great location, room, relax centre and breakfast.
