Exceptional! A corner of paradise with impeccable service. Everything was superlative! The location is absolutely gorgeous, and the unique beach with its own cove nestled in the rocks offers a truly special, intimate atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The food is excellent, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Special thanks to Andrea: if you visit, make sure to look for him! He is an exceptional guy and an absolute star (10 out of 10), who helped me tremendously both with restaurant reservations and a personal matter. I recommend this 5-star hotel 100%!

We had a great stay at Piccolo Hotel. The property was beautiful and the location was perfect for us walking distance to Paraggi and the beach clubs we like, while still being close to everything in Portofino. Hotel is a little dated but would expect from an older building but still well kept. Room had an amazing view, beds were comfortable, wifi worked well and the AC was working great. The beach club they have is pretty cool too. Andrea B was amazing and really made the stay. He was a great host, helped us get reservations right away, and gave us excellent recommendations throughout the trip. He knows Portofino well and has all the right contacts for restaurants, beach clubs, and things to do and see. Great property, great location, and even better hospitality from Andrea. We’ll definitely be back.

While the room itself felt a bit dated, everything else about our stay was wonderful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the food they served was delicious, and the view from the hotel was simply beyond incredible. What really makes this place special, however, is the staff. I cannot say enough about the level of service they provided. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - from ensuring we had a ride to our dinner reservation (a huge thank you to Andrea for that!) to accommodating us for lunch even though we arrived a bit past the usual hours. They were so kind, attentive, and truly accommodating throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely choose to stay here again just for the hospitality alone. Highly recommended!
