Have recently left this wonderful hotel in Portofino. I had a terrific stay. The rooms were very clean, in fact spotless. Clean linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers.Good quality toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The only reason for giving 4 stars for the room was the furniture. There were some chipped furniture which needs painting. Breakfast was excellent, great choice. Hot and cold food, beautiful bread ,bacon and eggs, pastries, fruit. Also wonderful "English Breakfast "pots of tea. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. Lucca, Roberto, Pablo to name but a few. The staff display great team work and are there to make your holiday as wonderful as they possibly can. Thank you Lucca for arranging bookings for us at some of the finest eateries in Portofino..We loved the food and the ambience. I can't thank the staff of this hotel enough. The owner should be so proud of his beautiful establishment and his staff. I will certainly return again. Kind regards Jacqueline Kerr
