I am a handicapped person and the room was quite good. A fully equipped bathroom with bars all over to accommodate me from falling. At the breakfast bar the service was excellent. Helped me get what I wanted and needed for breakfast. In the end a nice English breakfast

We came in a day early for our cruise and stayed at here. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and offered comfortable rooms, good food and wonderful hospitality. It was a great place to relax before starting our trip. One helpful tip: be sure to bring a conversion plug so you can charge your devices during your stay. It is place across the street to purchase some. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it for anyone needing a comfortable stay before traveling.

A terrible experience – I was staying at this hotel on business, and it was a disaster. - On the first night, I was woken up by a continuous, alarm-like sound that lasted for two minutes; reception couldn’t tell me what it was. Not to mention the air conditioning, which only works half the time. - On the second night, I was woken at 5.40 am by the dog in the room opposite, which barked continuously for two hours. This hotel is full of guests with dogs. The hotel gave me a new room: there was hair in the shower, a torn towel, a dried bloodstain on the sheets, and the shower was blocked and overflowing after just three minutes. To top it all off, a hair in the bacon at breakfast. The floor in the lobby was dirty. In the morning you can hear all the housekeeping staff chatting, only one in two lifts works – the list goes on... I’ll let you see for yourselves in the attached photos. This hotel is not up to 4-star standard...
