Hilton Garden Inn Bologna North

I stay at hiltons frequently, and i generally have predictable, consistently solid experiences. But this visit exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who chef us in was incredible. Unhurried, informative on local attractions, explained what to watch for (first trip to Italy) and went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms were fresh, seemed to be recently renovated and were quite comfortable. Davide Giacoputti, the bar manager also went well beyond expectations in the explaining local customs, recommending sites to visit and generally made us feel like old friends. I’ve been in the hotel business (Marriott) for 3 decades and he would be the archetype of what I’d want in a hospitality manager. Really impressed and grateful for the unhurried time he spent with us explaining details we would have never known (but for the hard way). We will definitely stay here again. Outstanding from check in to check out. 😊

Just checked into Hilton Bologna after a 4-hour drive from Rome, and it’s such a relief to arrive! The room is spotless, beautifully clean, comfortable, and very nicely presented. Exactly what we needed after the journey. A special shout-out to Simone at reception — warm, friendly, and very welcoming. Great service and a fantastic first impression. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Me and my friend stayed at this Hilton while we were traveling all around Italy. Being from America, we were a little nervous on being accustomed to everything. However, Davide (the greatest bartender in the entire country) welcomed us with open arms and provided us with amazing drinks and even better hospitality. Although we are just simple beer lovers, that man can create any kind of drink you want no matter where you are from. He is the kindest, most loving and personal bartender we have ever had in our lives and we will miss him but he will forever be in our hearts.
