The staff were very friendly. The guy who works in the evenings is really hospitable and greeted me everytime. The rooms are absolutely fine and the room service is excellent. Unfortunately as it got later into the evening and as the night staff started (10pm+) my wine became smaller and smaller and the service was lacking.
We stayed here for one night in May. We had a day and a half in Bologna. The front desk staff was exceedingly accommodating, helpful and spoke English remarkably well. We were very pleased.
Open review on GoogleThe rooms are fine. Nothing special. The window only opens a bit. There is no gym. The restaurant has really odd hours and is closed on Friday. There are a few places to go walk to, but it’s not the best. It’s alright, definitely not a 4 or 5 star property.
