Modern and comfortable rooms with great staff. Had a great stay overall. There was an 'interesting' mark on the duvet when we arrived but the lady at the front desk quickly apologised and had house keeping to change it. She did offer to move us rooms but we were happy with a change of bedding. She explained that there had been problems with the laundry service so she gave us a complimentary drink from the bar.

We stayed here as a family of four before flying from Bristol Airport the following morning. The staff here were extremely friendly on arrival and went out of their way to settle our two children - this really stood out to us and was very much appreciated. The room was a good size and well appointed. The sofa bed was not great for an adult to sleep on but was a necessity for us - probably fine for a child/children to use. We didn't use the restaurant or breakfast etc. We don't tend to stay overnight before a flight but this was so stress free and easy that we would definitely do this again and and choose this particular Holiday Inn.
