We enjoyed our stay at Herbert park hotel. The included washer and dryer was great, but do take a long time to wash and dry laundry. The sofa bed was quite soft, I prefer much firmer. We enjoyed the hotel and appreciated all the great amenities. Felipe also helped me with some late night requests as well, thank you.

Excellent stay at Herbert Park. The apartment was clean & had most amenities (but no toaster?) Well sized for 1-2 people. Staff were professional. At Reception Carlos, Allyson & Serena helped with various queries and fixes. At breakfast Carlos was very attentive also. The breakfast options themselves are what you'd expect: hot & cold options, though there are some items which are an additional cost. The best display of customer service was Elena in housekeeping who couldn't do enough on the evening shifts with superior kindness. As for daytime cleaning, it was unclear which days the apartment would be cleaned as it is not cleaned every day. One small note was the absence of a water filter. The majority of hotels in Dublin (since its very green) have a station to refill water, however there wasn't one here. Overall great location on the park. The hotel is clean, modern, well kept and you pay for what you'd expect
