Usually when I go to hotels the staff aren’t nearly as nice as I am younger (18) but the everyone here was so nice. We had asked for early check in and they are extremely accommodating. The room was spotless and had everything you need. We can not wait to come back here soon and are thinking of just going us for the night just to stay here..

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The reception area looked stunning, with a beautiful modern design, and having a bar right beside it was a great touch. The service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even gave us a free room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. When we got to our room, we were so impressed. It was modern, spotless, and had an amazing view of the city. The curtains blocked out the light perfectly, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also excellent, with everything we needed neatly provided. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The sink was insane, the water went everywhere. The shower needed a bigger glass partition as water went everywhere too. Took one star away as they wouldn’t refund $30-60 for the spa we paid for when the thermal beds were broken. Many people commented on it. Instead of refunding even partially they argued with me.
