Hala Arjaan by Rotana

We stayed at the hotel for one night, and it was a wonderful weekend family getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, allowing us to have a relaxing and restful night. We would especially like to commend Mr. Joseph from the reception, who did a great job assisting us. He was very accommodating, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also one of the highlights of our stay. We really appreciated that the pool operates until 10:00 PM, giving us more time to enjoy it with the family. We would also like to recognize Mr.Suneesh, the lifeguard, who was very accommodating, attentive, and professional. He made sure the pool area was clean and organized and was always focused on the safety and needs of the guests, especially our kids. His attentiveness made us feel comfortable and secure while they were enjoying the pool. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay. The excellent service from the staff, clean facilities, and family-friendly atmosphere made our weekend getaway memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

We stayed at Hala Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi, and celebrating my husband’s birthday at The Gallery Restaurant became one of the most memorable moments of our stay. I requested a surprise birthday cake, and Chef Hisham brought my idea to life perfectly. The cake was beautifully designed, exactly as I had requested, and the flavor was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Eliezel and Akila for their kindness, patience, and excellent support in making the surprise a success. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel truly special. The food was amazing, the service was exceptional, and the entire experience was unforgettable. Thank you to the whole team for making my husband’s birthday so beautiful. We highly recommend The Gallery Restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and outstanding hospitality.
