The staff were very well organized, especially during check-in (rush over the long weekend). Julie, who assisted us, was highly professional and supportive while we waited for our room keys. Her thoughtful gesture truly made a positive difference in our stay. I would also like to thank the restaurant team for being helpful and accommodating, and for arranging the surprise birthday cake and song for my 9-year-old. I also liked the pool design, particularly how the sections are divided by depth. My 9-year-old spent most of the time enjoying the pool. This place will be at the top of my list whenever I visit Abu Dhabi again.

We had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. We celebrated our twins’ 2nd birthday during our stay, and it made the occasion even more special. The pool was fantastic—clean, enjoyable, and perfect for families with young children. We spent quality time together and created beautiful memories. A special mention goes to Miss Riza for her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She was always ready to assist and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel offered excellent value for money considering the quality of the facilities, service, and overall experience. We truly appreciated the peaceful environment and would gladly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our special request as we were celebrating my sons birthday the hotel provided a brithday card, cake with beautiful decorations on the bed to greet him on our arrival. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool area and the beach. My wife is a vegetarian, chef Sumedha was very kind and always ensured he prepared something that my wife liked from his live cooking Station. We all enjoyed the pizzas he made.
