Definitely not a high-end hotel, but does try to present itself as one. It looks like the hotel has been set up to make money from business conferences and overpriced add-ons rather than to deliver a high-end service for customers. The hotel has very overpriced average food & drink. €8 for a luke warm 33cl beer and €14 for a cocktails that looked like it'd bee poured out of a carton into a plastic cup. €30 to use the hotel parking is also cheeky. The food was the most expensive we'd seen in the area and also the worst quality. On the pisitive side, staff were very friendly

The air conditioning is somewhat variable and it often got overly warm at nice despite being on max. The carpet in our room was tired and needed a deep clean. Finally really disappointed that the pool doesn't open until 9, so an early morning swim is out.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location is 5min walk from the train station, and 5min walk to the central area of Aix. It’s definitely located in a quiet area, but there’s a pharmacy, convenience store, and bakery right across the street. The pool was a nice touch for the hot days there.
