We had the pleasure of staying at **Grand Hotel Kempinski St. Moritz** from **July 5th to July 20th**, and we can honestly say it was one of the best hotel stays and holidays we've ever had. From the moment we checked in, every single member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, always smiling, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The room service and housekeeping were absolutely impeccable—our room was always spotless and beautifully maintained. The food throughout the hotel was delicious, and breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning. The spa was also fantastic: relaxing, beautifully kept, and staffed by true professionals. A very special thank you to **Nikolay, Diago, Andre, Martina, and Dorothea**, as well as the entire breakfast and spa teams, for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. We would also like to thank the concierge team and the doormen, who were always warm, helpful, and eager to assist with anything we needed. It's rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such a high level of service, but the Kempinski St. Moritz truly does. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to return!

Outstanding hospitality and impeccable service — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. One of the best hotels in St. Moritz for skiing, with seamless access and perfectly organized ski services. The in-house dining is excellent: Crazy Pizza for a vibrant atmosphere, NEORA for refined Greek cuisine, and the Billionaire Club, offering a glamorous setting with surprisingly great food. Every evening, the Lobby Lounge & Bar features live singers, creating an elegant and lively atmosphere. A hotel that consistently delivers on service, dining, and overall experience. Highly recommended.

Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski stands at the foot of the Corviglia funicular, minutes from Lake St. Moritz, with views over the surrounding mountains. A public transport stop is 0.3 km away, the train station 1 km and the resort centre 1.5 km. The building dates from 1864.
Rooms
Each of the 184 rooms has central heating, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, and most add a balcony with a view. The carpeted rooms hold a double bed or a king-size bed, with separate bedrooms and cots available. A kitchenette brings a fridge, a mini fridge and a tea and coffee station, while a safe, a minibar, internet access, a telephone, a TV and WiFi round out the room. Bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub, with a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Rooms and bathrooms with wheelchair access can be booked, as can family, non-smoking and smoking rooms.
Food and drink
A restaurant, a dining area, a breakfast room and a bar cover the day. Bed and breakfast or half board is bookable, and gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes are prepared on request.
Facilities
A pool and an indoor pool sit beside sun loungers, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and a solarium; massage treatments are charged. Nordic walking is open to everyone, while tennis, basketball, crazy golf, golf, horse riding and mountain biking carry a fee.
