We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! The location is unbeatable - a lovely walk along the lake in one direction gets you into the heart of Montreux, and in the other direction a reasonable walk gets you to Chillon castle. We had a room with a balcony facing the lake - amazing views, and the room was spacious and updated. The staff are gracious and helpful, and the bus stop was very close to the hotel for easy access to the train station. The only possible downside was how warm it was during the May heatwave. I asked about a fan for the room and they promptly delivered one. We really enjoyed relaxing in the shady garden. We would be happy to return one day!

The hotel is located on the Bon Port neighbourhood, off center, tucked in the corner of a small road. The hotel has limited parking, so recommendable to book in advance. The city view rooms offers more quite and peace. An electric fan is provided in the room for the extremely hot days. Breakfast is okay, and there's a pancake making machine. The terrace offers lunch, dinner, plus a bar with a view of the lake. It's a few bus stops away from the Congress Center where the Montreux Jazz Festival takes place.

GENERAL: Location is on the Montreux lakeside, with stunning view. During Montreux Jazz Festival, its the ideal hotel if you want a quiet place to actually sleep. Not the hotel if you are in a party mood. (clients are very sensitive)...so no midnight talks with your +1 on the balcony...unfortunately. THE +++ the room was absolutely gorgeous, old school class, with carpet on the floor (big plus) the bed: super sleep, super comfortable, high quality pillow staff very nice however couldn't do much during festival (impossible for a late checkout, no parking left that they could reserve) bathrobe super quality THE - - - Shower pressure was a disaster, was a light drizzle.
