The staff and the location and the fabulous aircon made this a GREAT choice for us. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff here. Breakfast is superb and the pool is very welcome, although seating around is very limited. Our room was tiny and up a lot of stairs but the bed was very comfortable, with great pillow and fantastic aircon which the staff leave on at all times. This is critical as we were in the eaves of the building . The street was also very quiet but with a convenient store right opposite for wine and snacks and water, which we enjoyed on the hotel patio - Clara from reception kindly provided glasses 👌🏻 The hotel is a 5 min walk from the tram to the airport and very close to all city attractions. I would recommend.

The location is great! The staff are friendly. The hotel needs some maintenance. Our room was huge and nicely decorated. We even had a sauna in the room, but we didn’t use it. The A/C was cold, but dripped a lake of condensation under it. The staff did manage to fix this for our second night. The bathroom is huge with a fancy shower head with multiple sprayers, but most of them were broken. The drain cap was also broken. The carpet in the hallways is almost black from dirt. The walls and doors are thin, so you hear every little thing. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
Awful room. Supposed to be 4☆ at €150 a night. I would only rate it as 1☆ on a good night. Stopped at better B&B in Blackpool. Seen better rooms in student accommodation. When we complained the staff member stated we need to change our attitude we are a busy place. Really we said…

Awful room. Supposed to be 4☆ at €150 a night. I would only rate it as 1☆ on a good night. Stopped at better B&B in Blackpool. Seen better rooms in student accommodation. When we complained the staff member stated we need to change our attitude we are a busy place. Really we said. We got a room change the following day that was no better but slightly bigger. Pool was not in use but there was a €15 a day fee to use the pool that was approx 10ft x 10ft from what we could see. Breakfast served in the restaurant next door. Never experienced that one before but the breakfast was acceptable.only good comments i can make on the accommodation is the other staff we dealt with were very polite, hotel in good location and a little mini market just outside the hotel. No alcohol served from shops after 9pm of a night so get your drinks for the room early.
