Guest notes

What guests say.

This is a beautiful property! We stayed 7 nights for my Daughter's wedding. We will miss the fabulous views. The hotel staff was top notch, incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The front desk called taxis for us multiple times, helped me locate the running path across the river, and got us water every morning. Julia at the bar fielded our many questions and made sure our food and drink was to our liking while we played cards on the patio. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The rooms and gardens are beautiful, situated in the Tuscan hills. No matter which room you stay in the view will be breathtaking. The amenities in the room were spectacular and the room service meant we lacked nothing. Reception staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything. I cannot thank them enough for how welcome we felt. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to town and back for only £2.50 a trip. The sauna and steam ammenities are free to use for one hour a day. Please take advantage of this as they are beautiful and well maintained, it feels very luxurious.
