Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan

I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. Beyond the stunning amenities, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional level of customer service. Even before arrival, communication was flawless over WhatsApp to organize the entire trip and activities. The team was incredibly responsive, helping coordinate every detail in advance and making the planning process effortless. What impressed me the most is the flawless internal communication between staff! Everywhere we went - whether it was the restaurant, lobby, fitness hub, yoga class or spa - it was seamless and perfectly coordinated. We were always greeted by name, which made the experience feel incredibly personal. The activities organized by the hotel are also outstanding, especially because they are always accompanied by knowledgeable guides who elevate the entire experience. During our visit to three water temples, our guide knew exactly where to go, what to show us, and how to make the most of each moment. He even brought clean traditional Sarongs and towels from the hotel, making the experience both authentic and comfortable. They also accompanied us to our Mount Batur sunrise hike, where the guide took care of everything, providing hiking spikes and carrying water bottles and jackets the entire time so we could fully enjoy the experience. I would definitely return and recommend this resort to all my friends without hesitation.

My stay at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan exceeded all expectations! Surrounded by dense greenery and the peaceful Ayung River, this resort feels like a private tropical paradise. It strikes a lovely balance between traditional Balinese charm and modern luxury. The villas are gorgeous, roomy and well-maintained, with private pools and lovely outdoor spaces where you can soak up the stunning natural views. The staff here are warm, professional and incredibly attentive — the 24-hour butler service is such a lovely touch. Don’t miss the signature floating breakfast and riverside meals; the food is fresh and delicious. The spa is also a must-try for total relaxation. While it enjoys a quiet, secluded setting, Ubud town is easily accessible. This is hands down one of the best resorts in the area. A perfect pick for a relaxing, indulgent getaway in Bali.

Best hotel in the Ubud area and even in Bali I can say. Beautiful views everywhere you look, friendly staff, very nice barkeepers, and the cocktails were amazing. So peaceful, perfect for relaxation, the only voice you may hear is the birds singing. Like many other hotels in Bali, we had our own pool and a big dining area but we also used the hotel restaurant and the food and cocktails were amazing. Definitely would come back and highly recommended, don't hesitate to book this little piece of heaven.
