What guests say.
Right on the subway station, making getting around easy. Very nice, clean, friendly. English is tough, but you can figure it out. They're very generous with the waters! The bathroom is a bit dark, making it tough to put on makeup, do hair, etc, but amenities are nice. Like I said, generous with stocking! Wow. US could take a lesson here
The hotel staff are pleasant, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are very quiet. There's also great views of the city (example attached). However, the rooms are old and outdated, and the air conditioning isn't great. You get what you pay for, this hotel is quite cheap, so it kind of makes sense. My shower wasn't working properly, but I only stayed for 1 night so I didn't really care.
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever visited in China. The rooms are ok with bare minimum standard but the breakfast served in the hotel were so so so horrible. Stayed there for few days and they served the same food every single day! The spaghetti, bacon and most of the food are super oily, the fried rice and kuey tiao are tasteless, all the vegetables are hard and really not nice at all. None of the food are serve hot except the noodle soup (they only have tasteless plain soup option too). Most importantly, even their bread are super hard and no oven to heat them up at all. They pre-toast their white bread and leave a few bread on a plate at the serving table! I really suspect they serve overnight pastry or even food especially their bun. Their nuts are not fresh too. By the way, even their thousand island and salad souce taste awful so we can't even eat their salad. The waiter and waitresses will only clean the table without even a smile or offer any kind of service to greet the guests throughout our stay. They will just wait for people to leave and clean the table. I never leave any bad review for an hotel but sorry to say this hotel really fail in every standard of a Sheraton hotel chain. Such a good location near Disneyland Shanghai but badly run with failed chef!
