I loved the spacious rooms, serene Alila design and the overall sense of calm throughout the property. The indoor pool, spa and wellness facilities were also excellent. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole stay feel very effortless.

Breakfast was also delicious and catered to all nationalities. JOY WAS THE BEST! Our texting concierge helped us so much with bookings and translating. We are very grateful. Only thing that was not great was that the AC in the room is locked to a specific range and we felt it was too hot at night and could not get it to be cold enough. Overall still a memorable stay and can’t wait to be back!!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The facilities were impressive and the property itself had a beautiful calming atmosphere. However the service was nowhere near what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The first impression was promising, but things quickly went downhill after encountering rude attitudes from staff members. What stood out most was how inattentive and unhelpful the staff were, and unfortunately this wasn’t an isolated incident—it was consistently the case throughout our stay. The room itself also had several issues, including a noisy air-conditioning unit, a clogged sink, poor-quality pillows, and inadequate soundproofing. Being placed next to a family-friendly room only made the noise problem worse. For the price charged, the overall experience simply did not deliver. I’ve received far better service at many 3- and 4-star hotels. Sadly, I would not return and cannot say this hotel offers good value for money.
