We loved our stay here! The Roman baths and spa treatment facilities are really something special. Our experiences with the staff were always professional and accommodating, even if English wasn’t easily understood. We look forward to returning again soon.

We had a fantastic time here during Christmas 🎄 2025. Room spacious and beautifully furnished, excellent service and a good variety of activities to engage in. We stayed half-board, had great breakfasts every day and a big choice of meals from the generous assortment in the buffet in the evening. Sometimes dinner was accompanied by piano, very pleasant ambience. For the uninitiated, you occupy the same place for meals every time, and have the same team serving, so you get very used to your fellow diners and waiting staff. This is before you even get to the main attraction of the Nove Lazne, which are the spa and treatment facilities. The roman baths are a joy, well organised and very pleasant. We also arranged mineral baths and my wife had some other treatments. Hot chocolate in the Wiener Cafe is highly recommended. The town itself is also very charming, fin de siecle architecture and some lovely forest walks in the snow ❄️. All in all, one of the best winter holidays we have ever had. We will be back. Many thanks to the hard-working staff for making it so pleasant. 😊
One of the best medical spa hotels in Europe, in my opinion. Cozy and comfortable rooms, excellent and varied food, a wonderful spa area, and an impressive range of therapeutic treatments. Everything is very well organized and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. I would love to come back again!
