The bright spot was during my stay was an employee who maintained the good area. It was a pleasure to encounter her each morning. That days, the reviews are accurate. Spot on. The AC was anemic. The staff disengaged. The food so-so. The room adequate but I brought a weighted sleep mask and a sound machine with me which I used to help with sleep. Those who require absolute silence should bring ear plugs. I would not want to return here unless I absolutely had to and I would not recommend it to anyone unless they had a desperate need.

DO NOT COME! By far was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The customer service was terrible from the very beginning especially the lady with tattoos. The staff was disrespectful and dismissive whenever I called with questions. Instead of trying to help, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Communication was extremely poor. Phone calls were not handled professionally, information was inconsistent, and it was difficult to get clear answers. It seemed like no one was on the same page. The overall service was disappointing. Staff lacked professionalism, follow-up was nonexistent, and there was very little concern for guest satisfaction. For the amount of money charged, I expected basic courtesy and competent customer service, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide either.
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and arrived in the evening. The room was nice, clean and tidy. the breakfast was tasty there was a nice selection of hot and cold food to choose from including a live station where a chef was cooking omelette. the service was good the people were friendly and welcoming.
