The rooms were fine. The toilets were cramped and the showers were a bit of a hazard. Putting the safe on the ground makes it a bit hard to use. Beds and everything else were nice. Two elevators for the whole hotel makes it difficult at times. I kept seeing everyone forget to use the card to select their floor and would go past it. The food is really bad. Bread fruit and cereal is all you get at the Continental breakfast, and it's often out of something like milk or cream cheese. And hot water is often empty. I've had dinner here a couple times and it's usually a weird taste and leaves me feeling sick a couple hours later. The cleaning staff are super friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff seem like they have more work than their staff can handle. If they made some changes this place would be pretty good.

My stays here (4 so far) have been relatively pleasant with no stress. The convenient location has been great, staff have been polite and helpful, and the amenities are lovely. The only bit of critical feedback I’d give is the televisions. The operating systems are the pretty archaic. The live tv system is especially frustrating to handle. Google Cast is not ideal but it’s the only way to watch your streaming services and would regularly not work. For such an upscale hotel, I would hope this part of the experience would be much better and more enjoyable. Hoping that it improves by my next visit because it’s really the only downside of staying there.

Nice Staff, Hot Room, Dial-Up Internet, and a Gym for Ants I wanted to like this hotel, mostly because the staff were genuinely friendly and seemed to be doing their best. Unfortunately, they appear to be working inside a building determined to sabotage them. The AC was set to 68, which sounded promising, but the room apparently negotiated a hard boundary at 72 and refused to go lower. So if you enjoy sleeping in the climate conditions of a mildly disappointed terrarium, you’ll be right at home. The internet was also impressively bad. Not “a little slow” bad — more like “1998 AOL free trial CD” bad. The staff seemed aware of the issue, which somehow made it both better and worse. At least I wasn’t crazy. The Wi-Fi was. The fitness center was… technically a room with fitness-adjacent objects in it. Calling it a fitness center feels generous, like calling a cup of warm tap water a spa experience. And then there’s the forced valet parking for $50 per night. Completely unnecessary. The kind of thing that makes you hand over your keys while staring directly at the parking situation and thinking, “But why?” The only real saving grace was the staff. They were kind and pleasant. I did hear the hotel restaurant was good but did not try it myself. Great people. Questionable hotel. (Yes, I was lazy and had chatGPT help me write this. Yes, its accurate)
