Crowne Plaza Macao

The stay was very good they provide early chek -in and late check out for those who are IHG members. They have a amazing room service, the person attending us while we arrived on the hotel was very helpful he guided us with lots of local spots to visit and also was helpful to speak in English. They also arranged you transportation if u ask them . The reception attendant was also very helpful and really took care of guests. The breakfast buffet was also good and had lots of options ( not complimentary) . The whole stay was amazing .

Our family had a very relaxing stay at Crowne Plaza. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and all the staff were hospitable and accommodating. We were especially happy to meet Maria in the lobby, who was serving complimentary drinks to guests with a warm smile. Thank you, Maria, and to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable. Extremely comfortable and well-appointed hotel. Staff is efficient and courteous and speak English. Cash & credit card payments accepted. IHG-member hotel and tier status is recognized and perks are on an as-available basis, as always. Rooms are very comfortable. I was upgraded to a king suite and it was more than nice! View of the water, large bathroom with real marble tiling in the shower (plus a separate tub). In-room safe, coffee/tea service, large TV with many channels (including BBC and at least one English-language movie channel). Typically comfortable IHG-member beds with firm and soft pillow options. Good controls for temperature in the room, black-out curtains, lots of lighting and lots of charging options in convenient places. Iron & ironing board in the room, as well as an armoire and hangers. Breakfast is lovely, with large windows overlooking the water. Wide assortment of foods to cater to a diverse range of tastes. Western-style, Chinese, Indian - something for everyone. Service is very good, and the ambiance is comfortable yet beautiful. No Executive Lounge here (though one is listed in the elevators, so perhaps they are remodeling or otherwise incapacitated for the moment?). I was pleased to find a welcome tray of fresh fruits and egg tarts (a Macau delicacy) awaiting me in my room as a status holder. Very delicious and definitely recommended.
