Conrad Macao

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad Macao. The service was exceptional—every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. We also ordered room service, and the food arrived quickly, was delicious, and beautifully presented. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macao.

Our stay at the Conrad hotel was superb, from the moment you arrive the check in is very efficient and the welcome team make sure that all your questions about the hotel an Macao are answered, as a Diamond member I got initially an upgrade and after talking to the mangers we were given an even higher upgrade. The whole team is very professional and they try to help at all time, the concierge team is always available for helping with restaurant reservations, transportation and overall information. The location is the best in Cotai. It is in the same complex of hotels, the Londoner and St. Regis. Across the street from the Venetian, Four Seasons and Parisian Hotels and within walking distance distance to the Wynn and city of dreams hotel. The restaurants are first class, the breakfast buffet is well presented and very tasty. We enjoyed the casino and it is one of our favorites in Macao. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for the service, luxury, location and restaurants, Special thanks to all the staff and to Agnes who made our stay more memorable.
