Crowne Plaza Bandung

I had a very pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The service from the hotel team was excellent throughout. The staff were polite, responsive, and very helpful. I especially appreciate their extended service in assisting with a jacket that was left behind after checkout. The concierge, housekeeping, and lost & found team helped to locate the jacket, kept me updated through WhatsApp, and even assisted in arranging delivery to my family’s address in Bandung. This level of care and follow-up was very impressive. Breakfast was also very good, with many choices available and good quality food. Overall, a very good hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent service, a wide breakfast selection, and a team that truly goes the extra mile for guests. Highly recommended.

This is my first time visiting Bandung, Indonesia, and I’ve really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service has been excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. A special thank you to Raisha and Najira, who were very kind, friendly, and attentive during breakfast. They made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. I’ve had a wonderful experience here and would definitely love to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung. Highly recommended!
