I requested for daily room service which they carried out splendidly. Breakfast spread was quite good. Would be nice if there was an indomie station. The aircon in my room was alittle warm but not an issue.

We had an amazing stay at ARTOTEL Bandung with our family. The staff gave us such a warm and genuine welcome—it really made a difference from the very beginning. We were lucky to stay in a wonderful suite that felt comfortable and relaxing the moment we walked in. Everything about our stay reflected care and attention, and we felt truly valued as guests. Breakfast was excellent, the pool is beautiful, and the jacuzzi was a big hit—our daughter loved it so much! It’s definitely a standout feature. A big thank you to the entire team for their friendliness and dedication. They made our stay very special and memorable. Highly recommended!

Last time I was here was more than 10 years ago and I was very pleased. Fast forward to today, overall it's still a good choice but they need to upgrade the room. Specific at my room, the bathroom exhaust was malfuction and the washtafel faucet is clogged. The food still taste excellent, the staff still fiendly and helpful. Most of all, Aquilla location is perfect.
