The hotel here was lovely and close to all amenities! It has Di'vinci's museum downstairs as the hotel is based inside a private hallway and up the lift taking you to reception. However only 3 people in the lift or one person with a rucksack due to it being an extremely small lift! The rooms where a modern white and a lovely big bed which felt like memory foam mattress it was great we had a bay windows which looked out the back of the hotel. We had a lovely shower room and A/C which we controlled ourselves. The breakfast was lovely and basic everything you needed from hot and cold to tea or juice. The staff are lovely and gave us a free map and explained where the attractions are and how the train is away from us. We walked round Florence within 1 day and got the train to Pisa for a day as the train station is only 15min walk away. Lovely hotel would definitely recommend here if you like to walk and sightsee! :)

Absolutely loved my stay there. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of almost all the attractions. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and highlighted the best attractions and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and come with a safe, fridge and air conditioning. There's also a daily breakfast buffet with some of the most delicious food I've ever had. When I needed a document printed out for a side trip, the staff was more than happy to oblige. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention the price was right.
I enjoyed my stay there however we were given the room righ next to the front desk which was loud and annoying, also our bathroom was 2 ft away from it so it was sorta awkward. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were quite helpful. The location was really convinient…

The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were quite helpful. The location was really convinient though. I was annoyed about the safe though as I could not use it due to it not being held down by anything. The beds. Weren't as comfortable as I would have liked as they were quite small and would move around a lot from the smallest bump.
