The location is excellent. The was incredibly helpful with arranging tours, reservations for museums, and recommendations for dinner. The option to do laundry for us was much appreciated, saved us from wasting time on our trip, and smelled great. Our room for 4 people had great space. The beds were a bit hard, main reason for only 4 stars. Breakfast was nice.
Nice little family run hotel. Everything is in walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was small but good. Had a room with a single bed and was 100% satisfied with it. Great value for money place in my opinion, considering that Florence is a very touristic city.

We just returned from our trip to Florence. The Hotel Casci was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable. I was a little worried that it might be loud as it is located on a street that allows traffic, but our room was very quiet and situated away from the street. The mattresses were twin, but made up as a queen and very comfortable. I would recommend.
