Bloom Arjaan by Rotana

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Arjaan by Rotana Abu Dhabi. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. A special thank you to Ryan from the bell team for his kindness and professionalism. I also want to thank Beth and Craig at the reception for their warm welcome, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. They truly made my stay more enjoyable and are a great asset to the hotel. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. I personally didn’t enjoy the selection or overall experience, and I believe it could be enhanced to match the excellent standard of the rest of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I celebrated my birthday at Bloom Arjaan, and I honestly had one of the best birthday celebrations here! 🎂✨ All the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating, especially Ms. Christy. A special thank you to Sir Ryan and Sir Nicolson for their superb assistance and for making sure we had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your hospitality truly made our celebration even more special! ❤️ The hotel was absolutely top-notch! We loved everything about our stay, especially the beautiful pool and our comfortable room. 🏊‍♀️✨ We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a really good time staying at Bloom Arjaan by Rotana. What honestly stood out the most was how genuinely nice the staff were. Beth at reception was super welcoming and sorted out our check-in without any fuss. Mr. Paul looked after us really well during lunch and dinner—always attentive and making sure we had whatever we needed. And a big shoutout to Ms. Roma from housekeeping; walking back into a clean, tidy room every day made the stay so easy and comfortable. Definitely felt well taken care of here
