I had a really lovely experience at Al Hamra Residence, one of the things I appreciated the most was how dog-friendly the hotel is. Extremely important to me and made my stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s not always easy finding a place where you and your pet feel equally welcome, so I really appreciated that. I also want to give special recognition to some of the wonderful staff. Rihab at reception is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and her ability to speak Russian, English, and Arabic made her very helpful. Gamal is always kind, helpful, and willing to assist whenever needed. Aung is also great at managing everything and ensuring things run smoothly. The friendly atmosphere, amazing staff, and especially the pet-friendly environment made my experience at Al Hamra Residence a very positive one. Would recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Al Hamra Residence in Ras Al Khaimah. The location is great, especially if you want to spend time by the beach, and the hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained. The staff made a very good impression on us. Special thanks to Safwat, the manager, who was attentive and helped make our stay more enjoyable. We also want to thank Rihab at the reception. She was very friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel welcome from the first day. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.

An Unforgettable Trip – Incredible Location, Beautiful Beach, and World-Class Service! We had the absolute best time during our stay! Everything about this trip was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it super convenient and easy to enjoy the surroundings. The beach is simply breathtaking—spotless, relaxing, and the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The entire trip exceeded our expectations in every single way. What really made our stay extraordinary, though, was the incredible team of people working here. At the reception desk, Miss Rihab and Miss Jumima were wonderful—so welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Mr. Jamal and Mr. Safwat were equally fantastic, always making sure we had everything we needed with total professionalism and kindness. They truly made us feel at home right from check-in. The dining experience was just as exceptional! A huge thank you to Mr. Shyam in the restaurant for his attentive, friendly, and top-tier service during our meals.
